YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATION

Please carefully read the below terms

• DEFINITION
  1. Wei Kee Plastic Industrial Limited (¨WEI KEE” below) specializes in selling licensed miniature post boxes of different countries.
  2. ¨User” refers to those who enters www.postbox.com.hk but is not a registered member, and so they can only browse the website without having the rights to enjoy the membership services provided by WEI KEE.
  3. Member” refers to those who enters www.postbox.com.hk and register for a membership under the user agreement and can enjoy the membership service from WEI KEE
  4. You are required to provide accurate, update and comprehensive information about yourself as prompted by the Membership Registration Form (the "Registration Data")
  
  

• MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

  Our services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years of age or above and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to persons under 18 years of age.

• YOUR REGISTRATION & OBLIGATIONS

  In register to use of the Service, you agree the followings:-

  1. Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it authentic, accurate, update and comprehensive. Failure to comply with the above, WEI KEE has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, WEI KEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all present or future membership registration.
  2. Once user enters www.postbox.com.hk and registers for membership, he or she has agreed to receive information related to WEI KEE’s agreement, disclaimer, sales, etc in the form of email, telephone, fax or post.
  3. Member is not allowed to send out or publish any non-stipulated information (computer programme, etc) of WEI KEE without the prior consent of WEI KEE.
  4. Member ID and password shall be used by the member only.
  5. WEI KEE bears no responsibility if the member ID and password are embezzled. All actions taken with accurate member ID and password shall be regarded as the action taken by the member.
  6. Member shall report any membership embezzlement to WEI KEE immediately.
  7. Member shall not infringe WEI KEE’s intellectual properties such as trademark, patent, commercial confidentiality, etc.
  
  

• PRIVACY ORDINANCE

  The Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to Privacy Ordinance. WEI KEE will not rent, sell, or share personal information with others or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested under your permission.

• DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  You expressly understand and agree that:-

  1. YOUR use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE" basis. WEI KEE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  2. WEI KEE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (i) The service will meet your requirements; (ii) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) The quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) Any errors in the software will be corrected.
  3. ANY materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk. And you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such materials.
  4. WEI KEE will reimburse the cost and postage fees members paid if its products are out of stock or computer systems is changed. Wei Kee has the right to void the order while members cannot appeal the decision made.
  
  

• SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY DATE

  Since 25 August 2008 the mailing service is free of chage.(Which mailing service will be decised by Wei Kee Ltd.)
  Air parcel shall be delivered to the destination within 5 to 9 days.(Delivery time is counted base on the post mark.)
  Customs fees shall be paid by buyer.
  We will delivery the goods once we have confirmed payment receivable by Pay pal.
  

• RETURN POLICY

  If you found that the products are blemished originally or damaged during the shipment, please kindly inform us by written format, WEI KEE will resend the corresponding product(s) to you, however, customer will responsible for the re-send postage. However, please kindly inform us immediately once you have received the unsatisfactory goods, we reserve our right to refuse the return of goods if we received your claim a period of time (seven days) after the merchandise(s) arrived.

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USEAGE

  WEI KEE Plastic Industrial Limited solely owns the production and intellectual property rights of ¨The World Post Box Series” designed by WEI KEE, and all rights are protected by worldwide ¨Intellectual Property Right Ordinance”, ‘Production Right Ordinance” and other related legist rations. Without the prior consent from WEI KEE, no enterprise or individual shall exercise WeiKei’s intellectual property rights to duplicate or manufacture its products and provide them to any third party. Any enterprise or individual who infringes WEI KEE’s rights bounded by the intellectual property ordinance shall bear all related legal liabilities, including but not limited to, production and sales termination, apology and compensations.

• RESOLUTION OF DISPUTE

  1. WEI KEE and its members shall try their best to resolve any e-commerce disputes under a friendly manner.
  2. Failing to resolve any e-commerce disputes between WEI KEE and members, either party reserve the rights to file the case to legitimate institutes in Hong Kong, and request a resolution based on the HKSAR law.
  
  

• I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE USER AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY OF WEI KEE. I ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS:-

  I must be an adult of at least 18 years old. I declare that I am at least 18 years old, and I can sign this User Agreement. By clicking the following ¨Register” button, it indicates that I have read and accepted the above terms.

• SHIPPING ADDRESS:-

  All members are required to provide a clear registered address. Since payment is processed through Paypal, according to Paypal’s regulations, if members have not specified their postage address, our company shall regard the address and name under the “shipping information” as the correct delivery address. Otherwise, Paypal reserves the right to request refund from us. Thus please be reminded the above.
